A vintage cabbage patch doll in her original outfit. (Not sure diaper is original)
The dress has been washed, there was a few spots in it and they did not come out. Spots shown in photos. They are small and are shown very close up. No shoes or socks. I also noticed her elastic isn't going out on pants which does surprise me from age of doll.
