Both arms are included but are detached because the original internal elastic bands have deteriorated or are missing. A portion of one band can still be seen inside the figure. The removable stomach/chest panel that originally popped off when the button was pressed is missing.
The figure retains its bionic circuit sticker. It shows age-related wear, marks and scuffs consistent with a played-with vintage toy. Please examine all photos carefully for condition and exactly what is included.
