Fashioned in rich black velvet, the skirt is embellished throughout with shimmering black sequins arranged in an intricate floral and scrolling pattern. Because the sequins are tonal rather than brightly colored, they catch the light beautifully while retaining an elegant, sophisticated look.
The silhouette is fabulous—a high fitted waist with a wide black satin waistband, opening into an exceptionally full, sweeping skirt. The generous volume creates a graceful, almost ball-gown effect when worn and allows the sequin pattern to really come alive with movement.
