these are authentic 1970s Lazer skateboard trucks (late ’70s, roughly 1977–1979 era). 
Lazer was a short-lived but legitimate California brand (Newport Beach) that made performance trucks during the urethane boom. They advertised in magazines like Skateboard World (1977–1978) with the slogan “Lazer Trucks — How Hot? Lazer Hot!!” Specs from period ads include hand-cast 356 aluminum alloy (T-6 hardened, ball-burnished), chrome-moly axles, steel heli-coil inserts in the baseplates, and quality bushings. 
They offered different widths:
• Narrower model (~5″ axle / ~2⅝″ hanger) suited to freestyle and smaller boards of the mid-to-late 70’s
The embossed “LAZER” lettering, overall shape, red bushings, and construction details in your photo match the genuine period trucks that still turn up on the collector market (often listed as “70s Lazer” or “old-school pool/vert”). They weren’t the dominant brand (Tracker, Bennett, ACS, and later Independent were bigger), but they were a solid mid-tier option used by both beginners and some pros.
These are classic late-’70s freestyle-era trucks — nice!
