Set of 11 Brooke Bond Tea Trading Cards!
Up for sale is a Lot of Eleven (11) Vintage Brooke Bond Tea “Transportation Through the Ages” Trading Cards! These are all original trading cards given away by Brooke Bond Canada Ltd. in theirRed Rose and Blue Ribbon teas in1967! The set includes eleven cardsfrom the “Transportation Through the Ages” Series No. 10 (of 48 cards): Nos. 4 Chariot, 14 Hot Air Balloon, 18 Steam Wagon, 20 Diesel Locomotive, 22 The Comet, 25 Turbinia, 26 Modern Ocean Liner, 31 Bluebird, 42 Variable Wing Aircraft, 46 Nuclear Ship, and 48 Apollo Space Rocket. The cardsmeasure about 2⅝” x 1½”. As shown in the photos, the cards are all in very good condition for their age with a little surface wear and light soiling. They are nice and bright with very few (if any) creases and no writing, rips, or tears. These vintage Brooke Bond Tea “Transportation Through the Ages” trading cards would make a great addition to your collection!
