This Vintage 1966 Gillette Slim Adjustable Razor With Case is waiting for your winning offer!
This is one of the nicest Slim Adjustable razor and case sets that I have seen in quite some time! A very "low mileage" package for sure! No pitting - the nickel plating looks solid and shiny! The case is clean and clear with no cracks or scratches. The razor opens and closes smoothly with no signs of misalignment. The adjustment knob turns smoothly and the adjuster plates move up and down through the entire range of adjustment.
The black and white bottom/clear top styrene case is in flawless condition. Both the case and razor show very little wear and is as handsome as the day it was manufactured. The L-2 date code places the manufacturing date as second quarter of 1966. Over 60 years old and still shining ... it is hard to believe!
Included with this razor is a package of Gillette's newest double-edge blades, the "King C. Gillette" blades. I recently tried these for the first time and they are really nice! Sharp but still smooth ... they have brought out the best in every razor I have tried them in so far! Enjoy!
