Vintage Royal Haeger Large Gazelle / Ibex Figural Planter
Striking large-format Royal Haeger ceramic planter featuring a stylized gazelle, ibex or ram with dramatic curled horns. The animal is finished in a deep glossy black glaze and stands above an elongated planter decorated with sculpted foliage in shades of green, blue-green and black.
A fantastic statement piece with strong Mid-Century Modern and Art Deco-inspired styling.
Measures approximately 17" long × 5" deep × 14" tall. The piece itself weighs approximately 6 lb 4 oz.
The underside is unmarked with a molded Royal Haeger name but has a faint handwritten production-type notation. Identical/closely matching examples of this form have been documented and sold as Royal Haeger pottery.
Vintage condition with light surface and shelf wear consistent with age. No major cracks, breaks or repairs were observed during inspection. Please examine the photographs carefully for exact cosmetic condition; photos are considered part of the description.
