Includes the Civil Pilot Training Manual (No. 23, 1941) and Digest of Civil Air Regulations (No. 22, 1943). These WWII-era government documents feature the official CAA seal and provide a look into early aviation training. Both show significant age wear, cover tears, and owner stamps.
