Vintage 1940s Effanbee Little Lady 18” composition doll. She has beautiful black hair with a red bow, sleep eyes with lashes, rosy cheeks and red lips. She wears a gorgeous layered multicolor ruffled dress with matching undergarment, socks and shoes.
She still has her original Effanbee “Little Lady” paper hangtag and Effanbee Durable Dolls heart bracelet.
She has a strung, jointed composition body with movable head, arms and legs. Her sleep eyes open and close.
She is approximately 80+ years old and shows age-related wear consistent with a vintage composition doll. Clothing and accessories also show age/storage wear. Please look closely at all photos as they are part of the description. She has not been cleaned or restored and is being sold as found.
