This was a promotional item given out by a grocer\'s store. Stamped in red on the back cover is \"Keefer\'s Sanitary Grocery Westminster, Md.\"
I have placed a ruler in some pictures for size reference. Approx. 5 1/2\" x 3 1/2\".
This booklet has 12 pages (not including the cover). The inside of the front cover has \"The Story of the Famous Toll House Cookies\". Page 1 has the \"Toll House Chocolate Cookies\" recipe. There are 22 more recipes for cakes, frostings, candies, pies and other desserts.
I paged through and this booklet is complete. There is writing on the upper front cover edge for a cake recipe location. No other writing inside. Pages are clean except there is a minor gray smudge on the lower edge of the last page. Light wear and aging overall. Light spine and tip rubs. Minor rust on the staple binding. No musty or smoke odor.
