This 1933 Goudey Rookie Card of Eddie Moore is from oneof the most iconic, highly collected pre-World War II card sets.
Fun Fact: In 1930, Moore hit the last official "Bounce" homerun in the National League history. At that time, any fair ballthat bounced into the stands was ruled a home run before therule changed the next season and became what is now knownas a double.
The Card:For a 93 year old card ,but it does havesome wear. Movingthrough the Obverse center is a series ofspider lines that showsit had been kept in a wallet. They howeverdo not make it throughto the Reverse.
The corners show wear on both the Obverse and Reverse, howeverin the upper right corner of the Reverse it is more prevalent.
Good news - the green ink text on the back remains sharp and highlylegible with a nice toning.
