1930s - 1940s Pleasure Island Sign
Fresh from a Dallas estate comes this sign for Pleasure Island in Bridgeport Connecticut. This is a long narrow sign that might wrap around a barrel or run along something long. It reads "Pleasure Island Bathing Boating Amusements Bridgeport Conn". This sign is not a reproduction and has some slight discoloration and is torn thru the middle. There are 2 factory holes on each end. There is also the numbers "No. 2015" on the front. It measures approx. 35 1/2 inches long and 4 inches wide.
