Steel toe, these are vintage boots and sat in a backroom on a shelf in a store for many years. They were a little dusty when I got them so I cleaned them up really well and did wipe them down with a treatment of Minks Foot Oil. So they may look a tiny bit less shiny than in the pics since the oil is fresh in pics. New old stock condition and ready for work. Message me if you need anything please.
