Vintage 1960s Effanbee 20\" My Precious Baby vinyl drink wet baby doll with flirty eyes, wearing a beautiful blue dress and matching bonnet. Baby is marked Effanbee on the back of her neck. She has rooted light reddish blonde or light brown hair, green eyes and pretty red lips. Her sleepy eyes open and close properly and she has full eyelashes. She is fully jointed at the hips, knees, shoulders, and elbows. Please note she has a tear in the vinyl at her groin. Her legs are stable and will still move and hold a pose. (see all photos.)
She is wearing a beautiful blue dress with matching bonnet that is not tagged. She is also wearing a blue and pink flannel diaper to hide her groin area.
