Vintage mid-century hand-painted Chinese porcelain figurine depicting an emperor from the Qing Dynasty. The figure is clad in a vibrant egg-yolk yellow robe decorated with round medallions that represent dragons chasing a pearl. He wears a traditional triangular hat and a string of prayer beads and has a long braid down his back. The statue is crafted from porcelain and features intricate, colorful details in a style known as wucai.
Good used condition. Emperor is missing his left hand as shown in example photos. Wear to painted finish. Statue is marked on base.
