Pat Ashley designed these distinctive "city print" or "newspaper print" pieces for Delta's female staff between 1975 and 1978.
It was standard required wear for Airport Customer Service (ACS) employees—such as gate and city ticket office agents—and optional for reservation agents.
What makes this piece ultra rare is the text displayed on the shirt is upside down.
Additionally it also includes the extra piece of fabric perhaps a scarf or uniform accessory.
