Original store price tag still on box. Made in the USA and Flame Retarded. Original mask does have some condition issues such as small cuts/cracks in plastic, rubber band that holds to your head is broken and staining throughout. Original outfit present - it too has staining from usage throughout the material as well as some small rips on seems. Additional cleaning may be needed/wanted if wanting to display or wear.
