VTG 1988 Kenner The Real Ghostbusters Granny Gross Ghost – Wave 4 Haunted Humans
Original vintage Granny Gross Ghost action figure from Wave 4 of Kenner’s The Real Ghostbusters toy line, released in 1988 as part of the Haunted Humans series.
Granny Gross appears to be an ordinary grandmother until her action feature transforms her into a monster. Her hat lifts to reveal a hidden third eye, her eyes protrude, and her body opens into a large monster mouth with teeth and tongue.
The transformation/action feature works, as shown in the photos.
