It has some wear on the paint and just normal age wear. The clock works but, I did have to take the hands off and reset them. The large one came off the bottom turner that it goes on, so I had to put it back. It has worked great since but please be aware this is a vintage item and they may have to be put back on from time to time or replaced at some point. It has a flat finish.

Do to AI technology all items (even if broken) must be returned for a refund.
Do to scammers and sellers relisting my items and selling them like they belong to them on fake sites or using buyers address, if I get an item returned with out warning, you must ask for a refund or one will not be given. There is also a 20% restocking fee to any unannounced return.
I do not do partial refunds.
