Authentic early–mid 1960s American industrial insulated workwear set, consisting of a quilted jacket and matching insulated pants. This is true utility gear—built for cold storage, jobsite, and industrial use—not fashion reproduction.
Constructed with a 100% nylon shell and insulated with DuPont Bonded Dacron (100% virgin polyester), a material introduced and widely adopted in the early 1960s for professional cold-weather garments. The jacket features an original EMAR metal zipper, a period-correct U.S. zipper manufacturer commonly found on 1960s industrial and utility clothing. Hardware is heavy, functional, and consistent with contract/workwear production of the era.
The jacket shows classic quilted construction with ribbed collar and cuffs, reinforced pocketing, and a substantial, boxy workwear fit. Matching quilted insulated pants complete the set—an increasingly hard-to-find pairing, especially intact and original.
