Crisp Vintage 1950s Men\'s 2 piece MSM Gabardine Suit. Union made in USA. Sold at \'Sandhurst Clothes\' on Fifth Ave. New York. Made from a substantial weight of a rayon Navy blue gabardine twill. A Jacket with trousers.
Size 38 jacket. The jacket has notched lapels, single rear vent, patch pockets and a two button front.
Inside the interior pocket is a 1949 series Union tag. The trousers have dropped belt loops, a pleated front, zipper fly and cuffs. The suit is in great condition although it appears the trousers were let out at one time. Obviously not visible on the outside. A beautiful suit! Everybody needs at least one dark blue suit. Perfect all season suit as well.
