New old stock/dead stock with original tags. One sleeve is set/rotated differently at the shoulder compared with the opposite sleeve. This appears to be an original factory construction irregularity, not later damage or alteration. Please see photos.
This may/may not of been an intended sleeve choice by the manufacturer as some Asian hostess pieces have what they call a front end sleeve used specifically as the arm used to hold fans, plates, or beverages in a forward facing position. I do not know if this is the case so I listed as an imperfection.
