### 🔍 CONDITION REPORT (Collector's Grade):
* **CRITICAL DETAIL:** Unlike most surviving 1980s wrestling lots, the original color centerfolds and pin-up posters (including Greg Valentine, Candi Devine, and Larry Zbyszko) are COMPLETELY INTACT, unpeeled, and firmly secured to the center staples.
* **Structure:** All items sit flat, unwarped, and clean. Bindings are strong, staples are free of heavy rust, and the pocketbook spines are uncracked.
* **Flaws to Note:** The back cover of the June issue has a minor, 1/4-inch surface edge nick/tear at the top border (clearly documented in our close-up photos). Normal, light newsstand edge-creasing and light vintage paper patina consistent with age. No coupon cut-outs or fan markings.
Excellent, high-grade collector condition overall. Magazines and books are crisp, clean, and sit flat with sturdy spines. Crucially, the original 1986 color centerfolds/pin-ups (including Greg Valentine, Larry Zbyszko, and Candi Devine) are completely intact and attached to the staples. Back cover of the June issue shows a minor 1/4-inch paper tear at the top edge (see close-up photo); otherwise free of heavy wear, cutouts, or fan ink markings."
