Offered here from the original owner is an absolute time-capsule piece for the discerning rock music archivist or high-end retro interior designer. This is the official 1973 Minerva/GP Publishing ‘Jimi in Red’ portrait, beautifully preserved on a heavy wood block decoupage plaque from the era.

This item is in exceptional vintage condition.
• Surface: Completely glass-smooth. There are absolutely NO cracks, hairline spider webbing (crazing), scratches, or chips in the polyurethane layer. There some minor scuff marks that are hard to see unless you are very close.
• Clarity: The clear finish has remained perfectly bright and translucent with zero yellowing, preserving the vibrant, psychedelic orange and red tones of the original 1973 print.
• Structure: The heavy 1/2-inch wood backing is perfectly flat, sturdy, and free of warp or water damage. Edges are clean and ready to hang. This beautiful piece weighs approximately 10 pounds so it is not light.
