VINTAGE 1950-60s, ONE OF A KIND, CUSTOM MADE 1:12 Dollhouse
Custom made sometime between the 1950-60s. This was a replica of a famous house on Armstrong Dr in the famous neighborhood of Highland Park, in Dallas, TX. I\'ll attach an article of the home when it was torn down! This dollhouse still has all the original dawn dolls (and original outfits), original wallpaper, original furniture (Hall\'s lifetime toys), original curtains and valences, etc. There is nothing new about this dollhouse! It is still all original! It even has the original silverware and trays that are silver! I\'ll include a bag of the dolls and all of the little decorations.
It does need some repairs to it: the windows are a plastic material and some have come off while others are barely hanging on, the roof is fragile and needs repair, the wood flooring is coming up in a few places just from normal use and being stored all these years, some of the wallpaper is peeling, the window curtains/valences are delicate and need to be resecured, and some paint is chipped on the exterior.
This is a beautiful piece and has been maintained and well taken care of all these years. The repairs that need to be done are just from normal use and being stored away the past 15 years. It was my childhood dollhouse and I just don\'t have a need for it anymore, especially when it could bring someone else joy!
