These come as found in an attic that I bought a bunch of toys from the had loads of 1980s toys.
I’m listing them as parts or repair. I have no way to test them, but will let you know what I see on each.
The blue truck is missing a mudflap in the back. Also, the wheels that are on the motor with the gear doesn’t seem to turn. It has all the wheel wheels and pins.
The red truck, motor wheels don’t seem to want to spin has both pins.
Both trucks have somewhere on the chrome. The car hauler seems a little misshapen and missing a piece of plastic support on the back. Also, another support is cracked. Not sure if there are pieces missing on it as there are no ramps or anything to get the cars on, but it does pivot up and down. See the pictures for your judgment. They are sold as is as nonworking Sloat cars.
