Installation instructions for turbocharger:
1.Before installation, it is necessary to maintain the engine and clean the inlet and outlet oil pipes, oil passage filters, and oil pump filters. Do not leave any oil sludge or foreign objects to prevent insufficient oil supply from causing shaft breakage and impeller damage.
2. Before loading, introduce a small amount of engine oil from the vortex oil hole and manually rotate the impeller more than ten times to fully lubricate the turbocharger shaft. Note: Glue cannot be applied to the inlet and outlet oil holes. Simply press on the gasket.
3. After installation, idle the car for about 15 minutes. Do not step on the accelerator in place, otherwise it will cause the turbocharger to idle or reverse (reverse rotation will cause the reverse nut at the front end of the impeller to fall off, thereby damaging the impeller, causing oil shortage in the shaft, and damaging the movement).
4. Before installation, please preview and read the product attachment operation manual. It is strongly recommended that professionals install it.
