True VTG Browns Beach Cloth Jacket Snap Front Vest Wool Small Chore 40s 50s For Sale

This is a rare and highly collectible Estate Sale Find Vintage Brown\'s Beach Cloth vest featuring a classic salt-and-pepper flecked texture. Known for durability and warmth, this iconic heritage piece features a unique textured fabric build, sturdy snap-button front closures, and practical utility pockets.

• Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition. The only wear which I see is a very minor amount of piling on the wool inside wool black lining (this is minor). Also the very bottom snap which is original and works well, does have wear on the front surface (more shiny).
• Features: Original brand collar tag intact, reinforced pocket trim, 5 original well marked durable snap buttons which read \"Brown\'s Beach Cloth\".
• Measurements: 20 1/2\" long (measuring from shoulder to hem). 17 1/4\" arm pit to arm pit. And bottom width laid flat (seam to seam) 16 1/4\". Please ensure that these measurements fit to your size. This vest fits closest to a modern Men\'s Extra Small, or a Woman\'s Small.
