A pair of vintage Tiffany & Co. salad or dessert plates in the Tiffany Weave pattern, made in Italy and dating from 1994. Both are new, never used, and come in their original Tiffany blue boxes. Tiffany & Co. was founded in New York in 1837, and Tiffany Weave is one of its signature casual tableware patterns, now discontinued. Each plate is bright white with an embossed basketweave border and a sculpted twisted rope rim around a smooth, open center.
Each plate carries the backstamp \"Tiffany & Co., Made in Italy, © Tiffany & Co.\" The foot ring is left unglazed, as is standard in the firing process, and is not wear. Each plate measures approximately 8.25 inches in diameter. Both are in new vintage condition, never used, with no chips, cracks, crazing, scratches, or utensil marks. As vintage pieces, the plates and boxes may show light signs of age from storage.
