The disc is in very good condition and has some minor smudge/scuff - but it has been play tested and it plays and sounds great - the case is in good condition with no cracks or structural issues but has small amount of shelf wear and the inlay is in great condition - please see the images that were taken of the items that are being sold for confirmation of condition. I try to show many images with various angles so that the buyer knows what they will be getting and they don\'t have to rely solely on my grade or description. This is a must-have CD for any The Kinks fan and a great example of their unique style of Rock / Rock Opera.
