The device has safety features. The device will not start working before you place the pads on your body. Keep the device off before placing the pads on you then please turn the device on and pick the one of massage modes. Please after picking the modes press the \"+\" to increase to intensity level. If you are using A and B channels at the same time you need to increase the intensity for each channel. Please press the \"A=B\" button tochange the channel.
NOTE: Every time you change the massage modeintensity will automatically godown.
The timer will turn off the appliance when the set time has elapsed.
