I’ve sprayed a lot of clears over the years and HC4100 really impressed me. It flows out smooth and levels extremely well, even in a warmer shop. The gloss is deep right out of the gun and buffs easily if needed. Definitely one of the better clears I’ve used in this price range.
Used this on a couple repair jobs and it performed flawlessly. Good build, easy 4:1 mix, and it flashes nice with the slow hardener. Matches well with existing finishes after buffing. I’ll be keeping this in rotation for sure.
Sprayed this on a full respray project and couldn’t be happier. The finish came out slick with a real wet look. After curing, it held up great to sanding and polishing. Love that it can go over properly prepped metal too. Solid product from Tamco.
