His name was Oswalde Crathorne Montgomery (July 20, 1859 - August 22, 1860). He is not identified on this image but on request I can show you another image of him that shows his identification.

The image itself is in VG antique condition, though some of the black paint on the backing glass is flaking and this kind of shows through to the front when viewed at some angles. This is not considered to be damage. Focus is slightly soft, but sharper than my photos which are a bit unfocused.
