This billet fuel rail is designed to fit 1999–2007 Suzuki Hayabusa models and 2001–2002 GSXR 1000s using either stock, S2000, or Injector Dynamics injectors. It may also be compatible with other injectors, but please verify the injector dimensions for proper fitment.
CNC-machined from high-grade 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum, this fuel rail is essential for turbocharged or heavily modified engines where the stock rail cannot deliver adequate fuel volume. It is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory fuel rail and features three 3/8" NPT ports, one on each end and one on the bottom, allowing for versatile fuel system configurations.
Note: Upgraded fuel lines will be required to match the larger port openings. Includes new stainless steel mounting hardware.
