* Built on the Kenner Super Powers Green Lantern body, like every genuine Super Amigos Riddler, with the sculpted Power Ring painted over* Unpainted flesh-tone plastic head with painted hair and lavender mask, the known Pacipa head (the later PlayFul release has a painted face)* Yellow-green discoloration on the lower legs, a well-documented trait of Pacipa\'s plastic, found even on carded examples* All parts original, no replaced or repainted pieces* Cardback printed: \"© DC Comics Inc. 1989 — Manufactured under License from Kenner Parker Toys Inc. 📀 ConditionFigure: good vintage condition. The question-mark decoration is strong andcomplete on the chest, back and thighs. The lower legs show the typicalPacipa yellowing, with some surface marks and faded question marks.Light paint wear on the gloves, especially the left hand. Some stressmarks at the hip and thigh joints. Small dark spots near both heels.
Cardback: front colors are bright. The bubble has been removed, leavingtorn paper and glue residue around the bubble outline. Hang tab intact.The back is clean and complete, with light edge wear and a crease nearthe right edge.

Its mismatched leg color first led collectors to suspect it was a fake,until Tomart\'s price guides confirmed it as a legitimate release in theearly 1990s. With no US counterpart, it is widely considered the holygrail of the Super Powers line, and carded examples sell in thefour-figure range.
