This is a very nice user project plane. The body and front knob and rear tote have been painted black. Front knob is a replacement but very solid. Rear tote is most likely Rosewood under that black paint has an old repair but is very solid as well. If you're looking to put in a little work to have a great user antique plane this is the one for you. Please take a look at all of the photos for the item and it's condition.
