The Wheelchair Psycho, also known as Wheel Chair Psycho, was an animatronic sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2013 and 2014 Halloween seasons. It resembled a crazed male patient with long black hair, sitting in a wheelchair and wearing a blue gown with several casts while holding a knife. When activated, he rocked back and forth as his eyes lit up and his mouth moved, accompanied by grunting and laughter.
