The system is a region free Japanese Vita. PS Vita game cards are region-free, so it plays North American/US physical Vita games normally. Menus are set to English.
The Vita has been tested and works properly. Buttons, controls, screen, game-card slot, and general system functions are all operating as expected. It has a front and back screen protector applied. There are two little chips present at the very top of the front screen protector shown in photos. They are not on the screen itself.Included:
