From my MIL\'s estate. Hecht\'s was a great department store in the D.C. and Virginia area back in the day. This was purchased there and is new with tags. Very nice with beads and gold colored embellishments. It says not to wash or dry clean, spot clean only. Inner shell is silk, the rest is poly. I did notice that the hanger wasn\'t completely on the shoulder pad so one pad is a little poofier than the other. You may not even want them in there and I don\'t know if it would be noticeable when wearing but figured I\'d mention it.
