I've been unable to find much about the specific artisan, but her family is very well known for their inlay and Sterling jewelry work.
These earrings appear to be made of sterling silver, turquoise, coral, mother of Pearl, and a couple of stones I can't identify. The backs are hand signed "Jessica Laahty Zuni".
From the top of the drum (I think it's a drum) to the ends of the feathers(?) is about 1 inch.
