Condition Observations:These are said be New Old Stock tools but they do have minor cosmetic wear from storage, age, and transportation. Overall this is a rare and nice set. The original set had 3 tools, but this one includes an extra dolly. The box is soft and does also have some damage.Please admire pictures.
