Payment Policy
At Dolphin, we take pride in the fact that most purchases ship from the United States within 24 hours after payment is received. We offer expedited shipping options if you need your purchase earlier than standard delivery times allow. Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is boxed and ready for pickup; however, tracking information will not be available for viewing until the package has been picked up and registered by your shipping carrier. Please be sure to check your spam folder for notifications prior to contacting us. Import duties, etc. are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility. Please check with your country\'s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding or buying. Due to new legislation, Sales Tax will be collected in California, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Hawaii for our store.

An invoice will be sent automatically to your email for each transaction you complete. Payment must be completed within seven days of the date of the invoice.
