Up for sale is Strangers in the Universe by Clifford D. Simak! This is a vintage science fiction paperback book published by Berkley Books in 1956! The book is marked as No. G-71 with a 35¢ cover price. It is the apparent first printing with no additional printings noted on the copyright page. The book contains a classic collection of Simak’s short stories and novelettes: Target Generation, Mirage, Beachhead, The Answers, Retrograde Evolution, The Fence, and Shadow Show. As shown in the photos, this vintage paperback is in very good condition for its age with some cover wear and light soiling, including a date and initial on the back cover. The book is complete and remains well bound. It has generally clean pages with no writing, creases, rips, or tears. There is a small light water stain in one corner of some pages. This vintage paperback book would make a great addition to your collection!
