SO RARE 45 rpm NW novelty HECK HARPER Packy the Baby Elephant PORTLAND ZOO 1962 For Sale

VERY RARE and apparently unknown/unlisted 45 rpm NW novelty song: HECK HARPER - Packy the Baby Elephant/Avalon Lou the Popcorn Queen - Northwestern 2585; no date but 1962. I cannot find a single other copy of this online, past or present; it's kind of crazy that it's so rare. Apparently there is sheet music for it, too, also rare.
PACKY THE ELEPHANT was the Portland, Oregon Zoo's newborn star attraction beginning in 1962 when he became the first elephant born in the Western Hemisphere is 44 years; he's a very popular bit of Portland lore; he lived until 2017. Please see the video.
HECK HARPER was a local NW television cowboy personality who hosted a children's show on KGW.
Avalon Lou is a character created by Lucille Frazier (she wrote both tracks), a pianist and composer from St. Helens, Oregon, who was also the pianist for Elaine Haling Lease’s dance recitals. Frazier composed the song “Avalon Lou, Popcorn Queen” for the 1962 Oregon Centennial celebrations. The piece was choreographed by Elaine Haling Lease into a tap dance number, performed as part of the Centennial festivities.
CONDITION is Good but it's barely survived, the A-side still plays almost all the way through, with a repeating skip at the very end, even though it has several scars and/or burn marks that it plays over with just some ticks; the other side starts skipping halfway through and might make it through with more weight on the arm; hole has a small edge chip and labels are very clean.
