I bought them on a few weeks back I think, and they were brand new. Since then I have worn them once for a couple hours and for whatever reason the bottoms got dirty. As you can see by the pictures, they are brand new and excellent shoes. I bought them for $75 and I think $50 dollars is a fair price because I have the box they came in and also the tags as well.
