The original shipping box was opened for photographs. The book and matching slipcase are otherwise new and untouched. The outer box shows some handling wear; the book and slipcase present beautifully.
A large-format hardcover bound in dark blue cloth, with silver lettering and a tree design repeated on the slipcase. Lyman signed the Collector’s Edition page, which states that this edition was limited to the edition size of his Evening Star fine-art print. Made in Japan, the book brings together his paintings, photographs, and drawings.
Lyman’s journey through the wilderness unfolds in images of wildlife, mountain landscapes, and quiet moments in nature. His own words sit alongside the artwork, giving the volume the feel of a personal record as well as an art book.
