Old Beaver Gunsmith specializes in practical, budget trigger upgrades for bolt-action platforms. The HUNTER light trigger spring is designed specifically for the Ruger M77 Hawkeye trigger system and is tuned for a lighter, cleaner pull suitable for general hunting use.*
On the tested M77 Hawkeye, the original pull measured about 4 lb. After installing the HUNTER spring, test results showed a typical range of about 2 lb 7 oz to 2 lb 14 oz.*
Every trigger system is different and final pull weight can vary depending on the individual setup and how the trigger is adjusted.
