- We ship both small and large items. Large items ship by truck freight.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and includes a phone number.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Rates for the mainland United States, Alaska, Hawaii and international addresses are higher than for the Caribbean. If you have questions about shipping to your area, please message us before purchasing.
- Handling time: In-stock items ship within 1 to 5 business days. Tires ship from separate warehouses and may take a few additional business days. During peak seasons, processing may take longer.
- Truck freight and special-order items need additional lead time for delivery.
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they have not been installed and have not been modified or damaged in any way. Items that show installation marks will not be accepted for return.
Returns are accepted, but the buyer pays return shipping. The only exception is if the item arrived defective, damaged or not as described. Expedited shipping charges (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, etc.) are non-refundable. When we replace a defective item or correct our error, we pay ground shipping on the replacement.
The following merchandise is sold AS IS and cannot be returned for change of mind:
- Body kits
- Body tubs
- Windshield frames
- Fenders
- Body parts (hoods, side and floor panels, etc.)
- Hard tops and soft tops
This does not affect your rights under the Money Back Guarantee if an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described.
Freight deliveries: Please inspect your shipment before signing for it. If there is any visible damage, write it on the carrier\'s delivery receipt and contact us right away through messages so we can file a claim. Refused shipments will not be credited for freight charges.
We are not responsible for installation errors, or for labor, towing or rental car expenses related to the installation of any part. Please verify fitment before installing.
