In part: "by the Constitution and statutes of the State of California, do hereby grant to X X, a full and unconditional pardon... IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of California to be affixed."
Condition: Used condition with age and handling wear, standard intersecting folds, small tears at the edge of the creases. Please see photos for details.
Also included are photocopies of pages 1 and 2 of the pardon (8-1/2" x 14"). The original offense was non-violent (per policy).
