About the Author- About The Author: Dr. Saroj Rani, has distinction in M.Phil. and did her doctorate in Economic from Centre for Russian and Central Asian Studies, School of International Studies, Jawahar Lal Nehru University, Delhi. While doing her doctorate she actively participated in national as well international seminars, conferences, and symposium. She is currently working as a lecturer (Eco.) in the department of Economics, Maitreyi College, University of Delhi. She also has couple of published papers to her credit.
